Vic, haven't seen the movie and very much a newbie in this stock stuff, but don't quite understand why Myerson would exercise warrants at this exact point in time. As I understand it they have $1.25 per share invested and are looking at the same situation we are, i.e. getting listed on Naz within 1-2 weeks? supposedly that will open FTEL to institutions and send the stock to the moon. Why settle for a 3 bagger when waiting a couple of weeks will get you another 2-3 bags maybe more? Doesn't make sense to me. Could someone be trying to derail the Naz listing? ed
