Poco pays through the nose for his "free" ghetto-care. In fairness Poco has never been anywhere to compare his precious Canadian ghetto-care to and prefers to virtue signal via emotional knee-jerk reactions. Poco much like koan thinks Scandinavian countries are the best places in the world, they educate everyone to the PhD level like it or not, while handing out free lunches and gambling chips.
