Poco pays through the nose for his "free" ghetto-care. In fairness Poco has never been anywhere to compare his precious Canadian ghetto-care to and prefers to virtue signal via emotional knee-jerk reactions.

Poco much like koan thinks Scandinavian countries are the best places in the world, they educate everyone to the PhD level like it or not, while handing out free lunches and gambling chips.
Professor Koan's Dissertation on Sweden

Not surprising Poco, Land Shark and koan all lost their shirts gambling on the identical penny stock promotions. To my surprise they have no shame and were gambling on polluting coal stocks.

Here is koan thanking Immanuel Kant aka Land Shark for a stock-tip on a speculation they both lost their shirts on. Professor Koan's Investment Advice

They both feel society is doing them an injustice not bailing them out of their stupid decisions, we should all perish together, penalize investors and put them in the same boat as gamblers is the fair thing to do.
