AOL also has free historical quote info, though I think incorrect at times. :-) I keep a spreadsheet up, in which I note all my holdings, in which brokerage they are. The buy and sell orders also each get a column. I try to note each new order I place on there, so I can easily check them. I'll also note if "NP" not placed, in the case of some AIM orders if I'm waiting till next week or till I have cash for a buy. Then I delete the NP when I've placed the order.
