Re: Broken preferred; SOHON/SOHOB & OTRKP

OTRKP looks like a disaster waiting to happen, or is already happening. They lost two of their largest customers earlier this year. The stock dropped like a rock as a result.

Earnings have sucked, loss of two largest customers not going to help that. Next year forecast has some big stalactites. I had mentioned back in August I thought this had 50/50 chance of seeing dividend suspended. I'd move that needle more negative now.

Too many warning signs in my face to take a stab at that. Could be I'm foolish, won't be first time. I wish you well on that investment.

Re: Broken preferred; SOHON/SOHOB & OTRKP

Soho avg cost of debt 4.66% per last ER. That includes pref’s at ~8%. Mere mention of pref divy restoration coupled w domestic properties carried on balance sheet at cost(?) suggests pretty good setup risk/reward. I have been adding 15/16 area betting on close of NC property sale/Covid fade. Have very small wager OTKRP and likely stay small.

Re: Broken preferred; SOHON/SOHOB & OTRKP

I bought some more OTRKP in the 11's today. Seems to be tax loss selling or big selling metering it out. Can't find anything else. Company issued a press release of another contract for their services several days ago. Hoping to double when it goes back to Par and get 20% while waiting. Nice plan, but we will see what reality dishes up.
