I believe that this is an accurate statement.
Consumer name recognition will become critical. Checkfree
must establish some branded identity. Becoming a part of
the online point of sale process may also become critical
at some point in the not too distant competitive future.
Also, margins are much higher for online
retail operations than consolidation IMHO.
