SNA could be fairly priced if you believe its health and long-term prospects are solid.
If the transition to Electric vehicles happens anywhere close to what the politicians propose, it would likely be bad for SNA. Shops repairing electric cars will need a lot fewer of SNA's tools than the current internal combustion market. Although I didn't dig deep, I did not see any discussion of this in recent PR's or SEC filings. Even the perception of this could be negative for share price.

SNA is one of those stocks you have to be careful with in SSD. Per Value Line, the payout ratio has been pretty steadily increasing, which affects the quality of their dividend yield based valuation method.
