Re: UNFI Agreed. It's been a great investment and a great "value" story. Thanks Paul Sr.! I've even made some additional money selling calls on this one. I'm lightening up on shares ay this price, however, since revenue didn't rise as much as profit did and with inflation, expenses like gas, labor etc. may take down margins a bit in the quarters ahead. I'm selling the news.

happy i finally learned to hold on to stub positions. i took a very small flyer adding to highly speculative rkda this am sells for cash but burning through it pretty quickly. poor execution but interesting products. the volatility in my shares in 2021 seems absurd to me. seems unlikely to me that Mr.Market could be so wrong in its assessment of a companies prospects at point a and then a few months later at point b, unless we are talking about a biotech and phase III results.
