I went to edgar site to check if mike price and others filed a schedule 13g or 13d. i could not find anything. if it is 13g, he is a passive player, if is 13d, he might tear the company apart.

Actually, we had this Mike Price thing going on here some weeks ago already, if I remember correctly. Now we have the confirmation for it. I would speculate though that Mike Price bought his stock back in Dec or Nov even. In any case one cannot buy 5.5% overnight. It is very good news that one of the U.S. smartest money managers is betting with us.
