Well, i suppose it was, back before Biden's imperfect '94 crime bill, and before the Dems running the cities brought crime down. Whatever. I think we can agree that property crime is increasing, now that life is approaching pre-covid norms. Can we agree that it went down earlier in the pandemic, when most people were staying home, and most businesses were closed?
