This was a cup brush that goes on a grinder. It flung wire everywhere, into my jeans, skin.... Nothing left but stubble on the it now. I bought it at a farm store and it was expensive so I thought it would be good quality but apparently not. Most of their stuff is pretty much the same as Ace hardware.
I finished the job with a plain wire wheel that goes on the drill. I bought a 35kw PTO driven dairy generator at an auction a while ago. It had been sitting in a barn for who knows how long. The bias-ply tires were totally dry rotted with the tubes sticking out of the sidewalls. I finally found some cheap used tires on marketplace and was going to swap them out. When I got the old tires off, the rims were rusted REALLY bad. I even had to weld on a patch in one spot.
I finally got it all cleaned up, smoothed out and painted. Hopefully the paint will be dry tomorrow and I will get the tires mounted.
I only paid $75 for the generator and $20 for both tires. LOL
