I heard on cnn-fn that Lar made comments about growth again. If my memory serves me, he said that WORLD WIDE app growth would be 50% with continued strong db sales as well. I think the big difference is reference to not just the US.

He seems to have lost his past shyness about the future. I think he has put out such strong comments, ORCL better damn well deliver or the next trip to the woodshed is going to really be painful. If the numbers hit, I think ORCL will get back to a 35+ pe, by their year end (Feb) that would put the stock price back to 36-40.

One last wild ass guess, could he be talking the stock up to make a bid for NSCP? Just think, the last couple of days have added enough to ORCL's market cap to pay for it...
