I spend a fair bit of time developing indicators and charts. There are only a few things that one can measure in the market - just as there are only a few letters in the alphabet. But you can combine them in interesting ways. The trick is figuring out what is a gibberish and what makes sense. One man's treasure is another's trash. You may recall that I put down someone's chart because they thought they are making an interesting one by measuring the stock market gains relative to M2. To me that was combining the alphabet to write nonsense. But I am sure to the creator it was an art and insightful. I am glad that my chart looks interesting to you rather than come across as gibberish.
