Premier, I would think that 4. something mio shares took some time to aquire. My guess is he's in with average of around $18 or so. I'm pretty sure he got interested when the stock first crashed down into the $24 - 26 region. Then he probably started to check it out, seeing how it went down further after more bad news and the worse than expected Q3 loss. For an investment of this magnitude (5.5% of the co.), one Dollar more or less does not make a whole lot of difference (percentagewise) if the stock goes to $30 again or so.

MP also is normally in for the longer term, so he probably is not too concerned with the exact entry price. In any case he's on and that's good. Of couse all JMHO,

Thomas

I am cheap, I use free edgar: freeedgar.com

you will see the schedule 13 filled today by Franklin (MP sold out to them but still mamages his funds as aprt of the sales agrement). All that can be said is that he had purchased 5.5% of the shares by 12/13. This means he must have bought quite a bit very cheaply, however, we do not know when he started/stopped, he may have continued to buy in January.
