On a political note, we meet a lot of locals because we take our dog to dog parks every day. Just about every dog owner carries a gun in Kingman. They have been very nice, respectful and courteous to us, but let me tell you, I have heard many of them scream and say they "don't give a shit about other human beings" when I have talked about those who have suffered and need assistance.

From a conversational point of view, they are very engaging and open.
