Am I right in assuming that KLA is only doing as well as it is because it is on the coat-tails of the Western Copper action?
If so, the highest price it should see in the next few days would be 1.10 with a plateau at 1.00 and a low in the range of 90 cents. Further interest would drive it to the next resistance plateau in the 1.35 range, but lack of interest should see it settle to 75 cents.

****NEWS RELEASE****

Applegath will assure area play's exposure, says Fagan

Kalahari Resources Inc KLAShares issued 294732511998-02-10 close $0.89Tuesday Feb 10 1998Brian Fagan, writing in the February issue of the Fagan Report, says the word on the street is that Bert Applegath of Kalahari Resources is keen on the Zacatecas, Mexico, area play. The emerging play follows Western Copper's zinc, copper, silver and gold discovery at its San Nicolas property in December. Mr Fagan says both Mr Applegath and Kalahari are household words to active market players and his presence assures that the play will have a high profile. Expect to see joint ventures and property acquisitions, he says. KLA will probably be the area play trading leader, Mr Fagan comments. "I can guarantee that if this play has legs, KLA will give speculators a run for their money." The stock is trading at $0.89. Its 52-week trading range is $0.27-$1.68.
