Of course I have experience with grants. As a CPA you are frequently hired to prepare grant applications for nonprofits. I have no experience with grants relating to elections at all. It is not unusual at all that a grant places limitations on how money is spent. I would say almost all do. Can you not grasp that THAT IS PRECISELY THE PROBLEM? You cannot have private players donating money and controlling how that money is spent. THAT IS THE DEFINITION OF PRIVATE MONEY CONTROLLING AN ELECTION. SHIT. You people have no concept of ethics at all. There is not any real speculation at this point. We now have multiple extensive texts on how it was done. I think you are all skunks for being unwilling to admit the theft. I would if Republicans had done it, and I would be outraged. This is the difference between high levels of ethical adherence and you dirty political scoundrels.
