RUT - Still expecting a Quad Forks completion before it's all said & done. The only s-t problem here, is that when a new seam between forks is achieved, you typically get a pullback to the 3/4's line of the preceding fork. So when the seam btw forks 3&4 was achieved, no pullback made it back to the 3/4 tine inside fork 2. That's a conundrum that could be responsible for the bounce to nowhere you're describing recent action with. So a pullback to around 2080 would settle that matter once and for all. THEN, the horses could finally run, and BK could drain his birdie putts. I suspect after a rally to 4950 SPX first (thanks to TSLA & AAPL), we get the pullback to RUT 2080-2100.
