Tech does poorly prior to the first rate hike, then it stabilizes and resumes leadership.

It is a rotating choppy market. Yesterday RSP overwhelmingly underperformed; today it nicely outperformed. Tobacco stocks and consumer Staples led the way today. Utilities, tech and healthcare took a breather. It's a stock pickers market. I am at one with that and know I can outperform SPX fairly significantly in a stock pickers market.

Once tech is ready to resume leadership by the second half of the year, if not a month or so sooner, QQQ and SPX will outperform the average stock.
