Thanks for INSIDER TRADING WEB PAGE. Guess he didn't file Form 4? Could not find Frank on there either. Is it or is it not requirement? Maybe not? All these regs must drive them nuts

Martin, Daine, and all, correct me if I'm wrong but I seem to remember that several months ago, Frank filed to possibly sell a few of his millions of shares (can't remember the reason, but it isn't important). The stock price plunged; everybody thought...I don't know what they thought. Anyway, because of the actions of the market in that situation, I believe he instructed his broker to file the forms each quarter, even though he wasn't planning to sell. I can't remember where I got this information but it is my belief that it is correct. If not, I will be happy to stand corrected and apologize. C
