Very true. I suspect that site is funded by various interest groups and nobody has an interest in presenting the down side <g>. Still, from what I have read China is building more nuclear plants over the next 5 years than have been built in the world over previous 50 years. So the Asian numbers dwarf any planned decommissioning.

In Europe, the political opinion is still vehemently against nuclear power. In the US it is mildly negative to neutral. And in the rest of the world it is positive. Investment plans need to take this into account. This is why part of why I am more positive on uranium than on producers and least positive on the nuclear industrials.
