I don’t have thoughts about that, the Supreme Court has to decide on constitutionality of vaccine mandates. I guess it could go either way. I don’t see fascism in a vaccine mandate, or the lack of it (the mandate). Health conditions making vaccine dangerous will exempt you from the mandate, no? There is nothing fascist about US constitution. If, in fact, such mandates are unconstitutional, the Supreme Court has the power and the legal duty to block them.
