Actually it never should've gotten to the Supreme Court, any lower
court should've known mandates are unconstitutional.

According to Dubya, the Constitution is nothing but a piece of paper.
Since his presidency and the Patriot Act the constitution is no longer
being used as law.

Remember under Dubya torture became legal, under Obama droning
american citizens became legal

There is nothing fascist about US constitution. If, in fact, such mandates are unconstitutional, the Supreme Court has the power and the legal duty to block them.
