I'd say you're on the right track with your thinking... Don't forget the complacency that precluded Hitlers rampage.. Better to be one step ahead of these creeps than to be a victim.. I say The US Military better have some plans for invasion of Iraq and install some US General in control of Iraq.. much like MacArthur was installed in Japan. Let the free elections come after the purge of the dangerous hell bent characters like Saddam... Just my opinion.. Where are all the great Generals?

That seems to be a rather one sided viewpoint IMO.I guess it's worth any number of Iraqi lives for the West to continue to have cheap oil...Let's see...500,000 dead Iraqi kids since the Gulf war.How many died in WTC bombing?
