Thank you, George, for pointing out that an employer, or a potential employer, making a pass at a woman in the workplace falls into a very different area of sexual conduct and law than it does outside of the workplace. It is amazing to me that this late in the Clinton affair, there is still a lack of understanding of the difference between making a pass at a woman in your private life, and doing so when you are coming from a position of power over her in the workplace. I am pretty sure all the people who are laughing at us in Europe are not clear about this distinction.
