Indeed. They even have a picture of someone wearing a mask on the document.

Also keeping social distance and washing hands. My guess is singing in a group of people not in your household AND indoors without a mask would not fall on that guideline either.

Do you follow the FLCCC guideline of wearing an N95 mask in (pretty much all) indoor settings?

I personally do not unless it's required (e.g. hospitals). However I do the follow the gargling protocol before entering inside crowd settings:

"Gargle mouthwash 2 x daily – gargle (do not swallow) antiseptic mouthwash with cetylpyridinium chloride (e.g. ScopeTM, ActTM, CrestTM), 1% povidone/iodine solution or ListerineTM with essential oils."

I'll do this multiple times a day if the situation calls for it (e.g. different grocery stores). It's not in the protocol but I also use Betadine nasal spray at the same time I use mouthwash.

Regarding masks, I think we all need to remember these do not protect YOU (e.g. from others shedding exhaled virus).. They are there to catch the large droplets you exhale from sneezing or coughing. I'm hyper aware of both conditions and simply avoid going anywhere if I have them (although I do have N95s for emergencies).

I did have sneezing and heavy sinus flows in early November but my RT-PCR was negative for both my wife and myself and her antibody test was negative. She did experience a strange smell reaction to raw pork so we still wonder if the tests were correct, although we've experienced no other symptoms. If we did have covid, my guess is our prophylactic IVM did its job.
