I guess, thinking about it always did. I can see an old movie with a cab driver yelling "Watch where you're goin' pal".

Nope, Biden did not apologize at all. Calling Doocy "pal" is almost as insulting as SOB.

Doocy probably has to try not to burn any bridges with the Clown-in-Chief. If he didn't
accept the "apology," things could get worse for him - it that is possible.

Biden is an arrogant worm!
