What needs to be done to pass a "permanent rule" that didn't need to be done for an "emergency order"? Tenchusatsu, I have no idea. If I had to take a guess, this is nothing more than another Brandon regime CYA order/suggestion just like the mask mandates in businesses and schools. If any liberal leaning bosses want to maintain the restrictions and illegal mandates, Brandon and his staff of morons are saying that they are behind them. Anything to continue and contribute more to the disorder and strife of working class people. A good example is in the school districts in Virginia. They are going against the newly elected governor BY THE PEOPLE with his mask decision in schools. He makes masks optional for parents and children, not mandatory...and the regime and teacher's union can't have parents making a choice. The Gov did not say masks are forbidden for anyone, but that doesn't matter to the anointed class of libtards. It's their way or no way.
