gregor, Thanks for the invite to this thread. I have read several of the posts today and have enjoyed them tremendously. I have had the joy of learning about God all of my life. My father studied the bible very seriously for many years before his death. Because of his was of teaching and his ability to live what he preached I have always held the utmost respect for him. This, of course, transferred over to my strong belief that I have today. I am not a church goer however I find ways to study about God on my own. About three years ago my late husband shot himself in a manic depression leaving me alone with 2 children to raise on my own. Because of circumstances around the shooting I had a $1.75 million lawsuit filed against the estate and myself. Without the loving support of family, friends and the Lord the road back looked mighty steep. Thank to all involved, my life is back on track and going well. I choose to share this with you and this thread, not out of pity, but as a reminder life does go on and there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. If I can help anyone public or privately about suicide please don't hesitate to call on me. In Jesus name I pray Denice
