DUV optics... are we talking DuPont Photomasks (DPMI) or someone else.

Zeiss makes lenses for ASML and SVGL(not positive about SVGL). Canon and Nikon do their optics "in house" I believe. Tinsley Laboratories, which specializes in aspheric optics, was recently purchased by SVGL.

That's about all I know. If you come across some companies in this area, please let me know.
