Brent, great note. I do not have all the answers to your great questions. I am hoping that sometime this year will be the "Big Bang" that really puts a kick into the company and stock. I think it will be a combination of big orders for PPL, the introduction of BrightLight products and intro of XRL.

My suggestion is that you try to get the company on the phone and address these questions. Or fax them. Their phone number is: (619)535-1706, and fax (619)535-1835.

<<<<willing to work for free>>>

Brent,

As you may know I have recently offered to serve on the Board of Directors. If elected, my first order of business would be to have you come and work for us. Your job will be to bring the coffee and pastry that I have promised to the other board members before each meeting. Let's hope things work out.

Richard

On a more serious note, you raise a lot of great questions and points about this company. Regarding the warrants, I think we have concerned ourselves with how we personally feel about them.....like we get to vote on it? All the pros and cons argued here for weeks mean little or nothing to JMAR, and that's the way it should be. This is a business decision, plain and simple, and we should see it as that and invest accordingly. Does anyone sincerely believe that they won't be extended?

Richard
