They sent the members that were best suited for the task. Clearly, Pelosi didn’t want a serious inquiry as it is harder to just make up lies when that is the case. Maybe you know of an instance but I’ve never even heard of committee members being rejected after a recommendation from the party not in power. Do you know of any? Either way, every person in the country with good sense knew at that moment what we were getting and fair was not going to be it. While you won’t acknowledge it, you know it damned well.
