My dad planted a couple of peach trees in the backyard and we had a ton of peaches. We moved from the city to the county when I was 4.5 and we had woods right behind our house that went for miles.

I know that life... in a Montreal hood called Outremont... .. Mostly 3 story linked flats..6 units.. now all gentrified and condos... we had parks and the back lane... small centre court of dirt LOL

but honestly .. we did have front yards..tiny... very few grassed... we would use popsicle sticks to make 'roads' in the dirt for our Dinky cars :) that is where you hung out .. and beautiful maples.. forming a shade tunnel in summer.. and fall leaves... to pile and jump into...

we had one major toy .. it was called outside :)
