Hi Vaughn, No disrespect intended but those long arctic nights must have affected your cognitive abilities. Why would any mining company in their right mind make a reasonable offer today for Discovery knowing the current plight GMD is in. As or if the gold price improves the marketability of the Discovery project will improve. Until then only the vultures will be making any offers for Discovery. There are still a number of juniors out there with large treasuries looking for blue sky projects like the Royce. 50% of an active project is a heck of alot better for GMD shareholders than 100% of a dormant project.
