I don't think Costco is a hustle at all.. Costco's real source of income: its memberships. fool.com frankly, they have to profit on it's loyalty program. it's the only store I linger in.. to me Costco is an adventure. years ago, during a severe downturn, I worked in a Walmart. working there was not a mentally healthy environment... to be honest, totally disgusting place to make wages. I will say the Walmarts in China have much better qualities & selection than here in the States.

You can cash the check at Costco and not spend it there if you prefer.

We are members, last 4-5 years and we end up buying everything at Costco.. The problem with Costco ? My wife cannot go to the store and pick up only the items she went to get.. Just cannot do it.. We are just two and boy I tell you.. Pisses me off when I get the bill.. LOL Good thing is their return policy.. No question asked..
