This is Batman.

"Afaq",

"Afaq", "Afaq", "Afaq", . . . where did we go wrong?

Do you want me to call you a liar? I can get kicked off S.I. for that if I am wrong. But let's go down that path anyway and see where it leads . . . . okay?

"Afaq" (forgive the quotes, but I feel assured that I am actually addressing Tom Waite), let's review your two past previous posts, in particular your post number 3155.

"Afaq", you claim (at a minimum imply, but I think a third-party observer would say that you "claim") that you and others purchased stock at 30 cents per share recently (during the first week of January). The implication is that shareholders basically have nothing to complain about since the price has doubled since then [let's forget about the fact that most people on this thread got sucked into this android at prices north of $6). But there is a problem "Afaq". You expect us to believe that you bought at almost the exact bottom of the trading range. Wow! Aren't you sure lucky. Well, "Afaq", you ARE NOT LUCKY. No, you have gotten greedy and have sealed your fate. Let me explain/expose you.

You claim to have bought at 30 cents per share, and want us to judge current stock prices by that price (real luck for you to "buy" at 30 cents, considering that the all-time low was set that week at, what?, 29-1/2 cents? Well, I have news for you, "Afaq" (and "Don Roberson", who also quotes 30 cents in posts as a buy-in price), you didn't buy shares at 30 cents per share. Impossible to have done so. Although the mass public gets quoted a price of 29-1/2 cents as the all-time low, that actually is the lower half of a bid/ask spread. Yes, some poor soul actually sold a few shares at 29-1/2 cents. But he sold at the BID, "Afaq". You don't get to buy at the "bid" (unless you are a marketmaker [but, even then, there are games where you can buy "under the bid", but I will reserve a discussion of that for a future session].) "Afaq", you can only buy at the ASK, AND THAT NEVER REACHED 30 CENTS!!!!!! You don't know who you're dealing with, pal. I've got Bloomberg, Reuters, Datastream and Phoenix in my home. (Never heard of Phoenix??? I'll give you a clue: it's Credit Suisse First Boston's in-house system designed to mimic Bloomberg so they don't have to pay the $1,000 per terminal fee). I'm streets ahead of you.

"Afaq", would you care to give me the time and date of that trade at 30 cents? Would you do so this weekend so that I can trace the trade into those reported (before you have a chance to go to the office on Monday, i.e. I have access to Bloomberg, Datastream, Reuters and Phoenix at home--I suspect you do not. Please also include the size of trade as this is also publicly available.

"Afaq", I believe you to be a fraud and a liar. I will publicly call you one if you cannot/do not refute the above. You cannot have bought at 30 cents.

Sorry to shift everyone's attention away from the "product" to financials.

Note: "Afaq", as a very interested shareholder in HVSF, I am sure you called the cell phone guy in London. Tell us what he said. Don't tell us that you didn't even bother to call the cell phone guy in London. After all, you are a committed HVSF shareholder--and for a long time too--and you're going to tell us that you didn't even call the guy that has the goods on an ex-HVSF Board Director? I guess you just don't care. No, you're "Afaq Sarwar", the easy-going guy. Why get upset when your investment goes down the tubes overnight? You're "Afaq Sarwar", totally un-flapable (although you don't want to hear anything negative about the company, and will ignore posts if such are brought to your attention [distance on thread conquers all].

"Afaq", on a previous post you also asked why such "respected people as Dr Jackie See, Dr Darryl See and Dr Goldstein" would put their name to HVSF if it were a scam. I only have one question for you: who/where did you get the adjective "respected"? I have conducted an extensive due diligence and I cannot find anything on Darryl See other than to confirm with the California State Medical Board (Suite 54, 1426 Howe Avenue, Sacramento, California 95825, tel (916) 263-2635, fax (916) 263-2944) that a Darryl See exists. Has Jackie See paid you to make your posts? If not, where did you get your information from to refer to Darryl and Jackie See as "respected"? From all the DD that I have performed, it would seem that just the opposite is reported. Let's be specific here: Molson reports that Dr Shell was in a court case with See in or around 1993 whereby the judge in the case noted for the record that he could not understand Jackie See's responses due to the slurring of his words. This was apparently around noon time. Can you confirm that Jackie See was publicly drunk in a court room in a case opposing Dr Shell in or around 1993? Can you tell us what the court case number was? Please quote court filing numbers (don't bother with the Pazzulli/Frank Kavanaugh/Naturall/Altaf Nazareli lawusit, U.S. District Court Case No. CV 93-6913 DT (EX), JAMS Link No.: 931205673; I already have the scoop on that one).

Now for some other matters: I have had a slew of e-mails, to a person congratulating me for a job well done. To that I say thank you. If I do not answer your e-mails immediately, please do not be offended--I am inundated. Also, I fully expect Jack See/Eric Savage/"Afaq Sarwar"/"Don Roberson" etc to try to remove my batcowl, and I expect to receive e-mail bombs containing viruses. Therefore, I am going to buy an old 486 computer for a hundred bucks on Monday, just to handle my e-mail. That will be the only thing on it: my ISP files. I don't trust commercial virus protectors. A separate computer used only for internet use is the "ultimate firewall". Tom/Jackie/Tom: e-mail bomb me at your leisure.

"Afaq", I believe in you guy. We are both long on this one (or, at least, I am going to be long come Monday morning).

Special message to Grand Pohba: these guys don't believe that I am going to be long on Monday (!!!!!). What to do!!! Will nobody believe me????? Do I have to open a website with my broker confirms scanned as web pages??? By the way, Molson reports that he is going to copyright a website domain for Savage, calling it something along the lines of "www.ericsavageconman.com" or "www.eric.savage.conman.com" or "www.ericsavage.i.am.a.fraud.com" or something along similar lines. He intends to use it as a sort-of clearing house for people to report sightings etc of the fugitive Eric Savage. Have you heard anything about this?

In the mean time, I know from your post that you don't believe that I am bullish on HVSF (actually I am VERY bullish, but that is because I have inside information that you don't. Get clued in: "Afaq" and I both know that "news" and "press releases" have nothing to do with stock prices in small caps--particularly ghost small caps).

GO HVSF!!!!!!!!

GO CON MEN!!!!!

Yours,

Batman
