J.L., I think your assessment is on the money. I think
SYSF is aware of the marketing issues, and the PB ads
that feature SysWiz reflect that awareness, but I sure
hope they keep working at it! I also believe that the
new COO is the right jockey for this horse; she will
solve the sales and support problems.
