Thank you Arthur, - It would be a better idea to allow the odd lot shareholders to "round up", rather than eliminate their odd lot holdings. Also some type of plan to allow employees, P/T as well as full time, to acquire some "futures" in AMES as a means of gaining their total commitment to the company. I further noticed in today's Sunday insert flyers in the Hartford Courant that Caldor's flyer was much thinner than normal. Maybe just a sign of seasonal factors? Gary
