Any lawyer caught doing such a thing would get jail time and disbarrment. And they're not big chance-takers, most of 'em." Janice...a normal person would think this but it just isnt true. Average lawyers are disbarred /suspended all the time for incredible stuff that you just shake your head over and wonder how they could even have been so stupid....co-mingling of funds is one that comes to my mind immediately And washington lawyers are extremely susceptible to this because of the stakes involved not to mention that whole power/ego thing going on... Did you not ever shake your head at least once over the stupidity of what happened in "watergate"- btw, has anyone wondered how a lowly washington steward could come up with the Jaworski law firm..let alone pay the bill?!?!?!?!??!?!
