Lisa, I agree on your take re Betty Currie. However I have some trouble with your idea of a Monica set-up. <<Of course the person who made them up could have made an incredibly stupid decision under pressure and didnt think of tripp turning them over... If those are the true talking points and not some cleaned up version- I do not believe that Lewinsky made those up on her own. She may have literally typed them......but those are not her words... THAT IS ONE THING I AM POSITIVE ON....(with the proviso that those are in fact the talking points)>> 1. Why would they need to set her up? She had submitted the affidavit. 2. Did they know that Tripp would be subpoened? 3. Events take unexpected turns, even for a "simple" attempt at suborning perjury. 4.
