rwfcpa,

Since you don't appreciate my poetry or my response to the unprovoked attacks by the "Dead Head",
I guess we'll just have to talk bngo.
What does bngo need to succeed ?

1. Good Fundamentals Well, I think the company has that and its not likely to change any time soon.
Next earning report should be very good and the warrant money shored up the balance sheet.

2. Listing. BNGO needs to be listed on the Nat'l Marketing Quotation System. For the stock to
receive the attention it will need to grow, it must stay above $5 and be fully listed. Not there yet.

3. Stability As a company, recent mgt miscues have undercut credibility in the financial community and
have set us back. Though not related to fundamentals, these mistakes undermine confidence in mgt's
ability to govern. Analyts know that unstable mgt can squander the funds of even the strongest
companies. I don't think the financial community views mgt favorably or would trust it enough to sink
big dollars in the stock.

4. Fund Investment BNGO needs some mutual funds or pension funds to start taking positions in the
stock. I don't think Institutions are prepared to do that, not only for the reasons above, but the limited
float. Let's say that a large fund were prepared to take a "normal" position in BNGO. It would own half
the float. It won't do that. Too much risk.

5. A Champion We need some respected firm to tout the stock. I don't know that Gaines Berland
qualifies.

6. No Uncertainties Problem here is that a major portion of BNGO revenue is under attack in South
Carolina. Outcome is uncertain.

7. Good PR Has anyone seen worse ? This next conference call better be a doozy !

8. A Game Plan I trust they have one. We'll know better after the conference call.

The company must do better in some of these departments or the stock will continue to languish.
