Kirk, I'll go back and look, but I do not think I said the recovery started under Biden. I believe I said it was booming under Biden. If wrong then I stand corrected. Now look at the link I posted. Read the article and we can discuss. ALL this information was for the finding at the BLM web site. "Bureau or Land Mgmt." Again, IF I said started, I stand corrected. RDK
