Hi Kirk,

"under the Paris climate accord" = a failed concept as far as performance is concerned.

Nothing in your post makes me wrong. I have stated NEW leases/permits on PUBLIC/FEDERAL lands have been halted. 96% of leases/permits approved in Biden's first year. I'm done. I've PROVEN my point. You refuse to accept that FACT.

Even on public lands. This in addition to approvals on private land tracts. So for three years Trump did LESS. FACTS my friend. What's the biggest hold up now. Lawsuits. I'm done. Point proven.

"Drilling on public lands generates billions of dollars in revenue and contributes to about a quarter of U.S. greenhouse gas emissions. Despite a campaign vow to stop drilling, Biden has approved more drilling permits on public lands per month than the Trump administration did during Donald Trump’s first three years in office."
