Hey Paul: I listened to the same thing when I started my company, and it took me several years to succeed also. Not an overnight thing at all. As a business owner yourself I'm sure that you don't make promises to your customers you can't keep. i.e. we'll have a product for you next year... If you functioned that way for any period of time you would not be in business now...would you? Then why do you accept these statements from REFR. Are they that much better than your company. Do they put food in the fridge and gas in the car for you? If they do, why don't you retire and get away from the hassle of employees, government sanctions, book keeping, and customers. I'm sure you're not in business just for the pleasure of having a place to hang out every day. Come on, get serious. You own a business, that makes you a lot smarter street wise then some of the techies on this thread. You must have common sense. Let it prevail!! GARY
