Sorry U R feeling so punk! Hear that's going 'round! Silver Leasing is what I came up w/first blush also. Hard on the heels of that was a change of form concept, which is also highly plausible, and not one the "newshounds" would necessarily think of. Will be interested in what your second and third thots after a "good night's sleep." Seems too easy......however, I understand there are 17 applications in front of the US Federal Banking Regulators for all kinds of "interesting" entities getting reviewed for the ability to start a federally insured thrift.hmmmm A strange combo was approved today if memory serves.
