You asked: "Can you please explain what is meant by GPGI becoming a "designated security?" I believe that it means that they are then eligible (excluding minimum stock price requirements) to apply for listing on NASDAQ, AMEX, etc. I believe that it also means that mutual funds may be able to purchase their shares.

Would others here with greater knowledge please advise whether I am correct or incorrect.
