Dennis, FWIW, my sister and her gang were at the Sawgrass RAIN yesterday, and she said that there was a ton of stuff on sale, with shirts which were 20%-25% off at a recent Aventura visit being 50% in Sawgrass. She was told that the sale was at this location only, implying that the Mills locations are indeed looking at the outlet aspect. This kind of sale would be unexpected at Aventura for instance, as this mall is an upscale mall with fancier tastes. Looks like RAIN may indeed be addressing some of the needs of individual units at long last. Regards, Marshall
