I expect about 20% to 40% decline in Russian crude production if the sanctions stick. TWT.

I did NOT see your answer to any of my three questions about Biden's PR that he was trying to lower oil prices: where did it originate? When did he release that statement? Was he successful? I did not expect you to "take my word" for where this statement originated so please verify that too... I don't want to be accused of making things up or lying about what the president himself actually said with respect to oil prices and his attempts to lower them back in late November...
