Marshall: As far as the "selling offshore" thing goes....if they "knew" it was going to go down they would have just shorted the stock and not bothered buying the converts. They really couldn't care less where the stock goes. If it goes up they make money. If it goes down they make money. Risk free. Good deal for them, bad deal for you. The token amount of conversions to date makes me think that they are waiting for the deal to go to a discount. Should happen in the next few months, especially if RACE doesn't take the next $3 million. Anyone talked to RACE about their plans on getting the stock price above $5 in the next couple of weeks? The delisting clock will begin to tick on February 23rd (I think) if the price remains below $5. drakes353

If SVD modems and software were any solution the corporate world would have converted to it ages ago since these modems and a pile of applications for them have been around for years. Very, very easy to see and verify this. Again - All Konexx makes is adaptors which allow you to interface various devices to expensive, often hard to get dedicated digital lines and it's spelled out loud and clear on their website. I guess someone has finally exhausted all the useable links found searching for voice AND data since all we seem to be getting lately is reruns.
