John - Last year, when this thread was debating about the issue of MRVC versus NBase name in the press releases, I was half joking when I said that Noam likes to keep the NBase name so that he could some day spin it off into another company. Now reading what you just posted, I think that perhaps Noam has some kind of grandiose plan in his mind. Perhaps he wants NBase to be a small Cisco while MRV will be another Intel or something. Does anyone think he wants to have a multi-division company for tax purpose? I plan to add to my MRVC position tomorrow if the "price is right". When I have enough shares, may be then I will have more incentive to do more research on Xyplex :-)))
