That's another thing Cuckyo Rose and the others who are sucking on Putin's man-tits are claiming. "Oh, Putin's just sending in cannon fodder. He's saving his more elite troops and his higher tech military hardware for later." Bulls--t. That's something a villain from a Saturday morning cartoon would say.
